Its wise to have your gas appliance serviced annually. If you use our service tech's to clean your gas logs, etc, and you're using propane, be sure you have a full tank of gas before their arrival. (of course some may be on natural gas)
A set of gas logs or stove that's not been used for an extended period of time accumulates dust, pet hair, etc in the burner and may need cleaning. Gas valves can stick and need freeing or even replaced. Our trained service tech's are prepared to fix most of these common issues when you have us perform a simple tune-up.
